This must be Fred H. Austin, whose elaborate escutcheons date from 1912-1920. Those marks show the address 2328 14th Avenue. I am guessing that this mark is slightly older, from 1910 or 1911.

6142 Acacia Avenue
I am guessing, just on the basis of style, that this Fitzmaurice mark is of more recent vintage than the typical one. It’s the first one I’ve noticed. Oddly, the address is an empty lot left over from the 1991 fire. I’m guessing that the owner didn’t chip in when the sidewalks were repaved afterward.

6336 Contra Costa Road
I will assume for the moment that this is an amateur mark, but I’ve done that and been wrong.

5442 Broadway
Another early handwritten mark from the 1930s. Buel took on his grandfather W. E. Ensor’s horseshoe mark in 1939 or 1940.

5654 Margarido Drive
This is the typical J. Kemble mark, with an indistinct date within the outline. I felt this one out with my fingers.
