Don’t know who this might be, but the first possibility that came to mind was the Mosagna family. Will just have to keep my eyes open.

There are two varieties of Riechel & Bredhoff mark. In this one, the makers’ name has a full arch. I have specimens from 1924 and 1929 so far. The other one has a flattened arch with sharply curved ends, so that the name fits better in the racetrack outline. The years of the two marks overlap, so who knows what that’s about.
