I assume this is L. B. Duffin, whose other marks show no city.

This must be Fred H. Austin, whose elaborate escutcheons date from 1912-1913. Those marks show the address 2328 14th Avenue.

6142 Acacia Avenue
I am guessing, just on the basis of style, that this Fitzmaurice mark is of more recent vintage than the typical one. It’s the first one I’ve noticed. Oddly, the address is an empty lot left over from the 1991 fire. I’m guessing that the owner didn’t chip in when the sidewalks were repaved afterward.
