3815 Wisconsin Street

This may be the finest concrete mark on all of Wisconsin Street. Of three marks I’ve seen by H K C Co., this is the only pristine one.

2907 Georgia Street

Maybe some day I’ll find a more enlightening example of this mark.

1111 75th Avenue

There are two of these on this block; we’ll see if more crop up as I explore the area.

2867 38th Avenue

There’s a date below this mark, but I can’t decipher it. Much of the sidewalk near here was laid in 1914 by the Kaus Bros. outfit.

2966 Delaware Street

There are a bunch of Lazzareschi marks around here with these cryptic numbers inside. Jonathan Lazzareschi was active in 1913, so I’ll assign them this date.

5632 Broadway

The low December sun sometimes brings out marks that are otherwise indecipherable.

Broadway and FWY Overpass

Ghilotti Brothers is a huge contractor that doesn’t seem like it would care about such minor aspects of a job as sidewalk stamps.
