344 45th Street
Bilger was the owner of the Rockridge Shopping Center quarry; Blake was one of his partners. Blake & Bilger stamps are not rare, but they’re usually very hard to read. Two others are on 49th Street at Desmond and the corner of College and Hudson. I have seen Blake & Bilger marks in Berkeley with large double numerals in the center field (from 1907 and 1910), but I have yet to find a dated one in Oakland.

In front of Tech High, Broadway and 45th Street
Bennett did the sidewalks on this whole block, both sides of Broadway. The high school was built in (I think) 1915.

6706 Manor Crest
I’ve seen only two of these; the first is a partial print on College Avenue at Taft.

Armanino Court
This was actually a street patch, not a sidewalk, but a concrete mark from the East Bay Municipal Utility District was unusual enough that I let it count. Also, I love Armanino Court.

Across from 4225 Howe Street.
Myrtle Street is in West Oakland, a block west of Market Street.

For a while I’m going to put up stamps by makers that never put dates on them, as far as I’ve seen.
This mark is on Howe Street at 41st Street. The address 3796 Howe Street was erased by the construction of the Kaiser hospital, I think (or maybe the Macarthur-Broadway building, which in turn is slated to be replaced by a new Kaiser Hospital complex). I suppose that Montgomery Street’s name is related to this firm.
