This is different from older and younger Lovisone marks. I”ll call it “Lovisone & Co.,” like the 1928 mark, although the “&” is upside-down and the “Co.” is only a “C” here.

I already have a T. A. Ryan mark from this year, but it’s not so flagrantly misspelled. This demonstrates that Ryan impressed the characters one at a time.

P. Ryan obviously made his marks using individual letters. The wire marks on some of the characters are interesting too. P. Ryan may or may not be related to T. A. Ryan, whose dates are later.

Notice the reversed “C” in the address. This mark has a space for dates inside, so maybe I’ll find a dated one somewhere.
