I am guessing that F Massaro is the same as Frank Massaro, whose undated mark is also collected here.
I originally thought this was 1914, but now I’m sure it’s 1934.

P. M. Henning marks run from the late 1920s to about 1940, at least in Temescal/lower Rockridge. Good ones are hard to find.
