This East Bay C&C mark, like the other one from 1932, has the last digit handmade, but at least they made more of an effort.

Desmond and 51st Streets
Occasionally masons would be lazy in updating their stencils; here they had to kludge “1932” from a “1931” stencil. Another example is the 1901 mark.
