1400 block Derby Avenue

I already have a 1929 Douglas & Wolfe mark from the Temescal neighborhood, but this one is practically pristine.

813 57th Street

Notice that the maker had to press a “2” into service as an “S,” but he still blew it. In fact, I’m not too sure about the “C” either. Things like this make me wonder exactly how some of these marks were produced.

806 27th Street

There are three marks on this property and all of them are weird in different ways, but as an ensemble they clearly date from 1929.
