6121 Rockridge Boulevard South
The best example I’ve found of an S. Aiassa mark. The street signs can’t decide whether this is Rockridge or Rock Ridge Boulevard. The AAA map says Rock Ridge, but the Walk Oakland map and Google Maps both say Rockridge.
Whitepages.com lists only 22 people in California named Aiassa; there’s a cluster in the South Bay and a handful in SoCal.

Unlike all previous marks by Carl T. Petersen, this mark has a second line of text with a street address. Champion Street runs next to upper Fruitvale Avenue, making Petersen an Oakland guy.
