There is only a tiny bit of Harlan Street left in Oakland, and not much more in Emeryville. And yet it has a mark I haven’t found before, this 1928 Casqueiro.

3415 Martin Luther King Jr. Way
This is the oldest S. Aiassa mark I’ve found. It had a union oval underneath it, unlike all others I’ve seen.
Last week I passed 963 Apgar Street, the former address of S. Aiassa. There’s a typical early 1900s house with a unit of the same vintage in the back, and the sidewalk is a cracked, anonymous mess. So I assume that it was merely a business address and not a working address, but I could be wrong.
