This extends the documented time span of the Oakland Paving Co. by two years. Brandon Street is the former Key Route line that runs through the funny curved Piedmont Piano building at Pleasant Valley Boulevard.

This was not the F. E. Nelson whose marks are found in Berkeley and Martinez. Hall is probably George H. Hall, of Berkeley.
