I believe that this must be A. (Andres) Harold Kopperud (1868–1961), who is buried at Evergreen Cemetery. The 1940 city directory listed him with an address on Woodland Way in Piedmont, along with his wife Julia.
This mark is on both corners of the intersection. A propitious, palindromic day it was when this mark was made.
Stuart Street at E. 32nd Street
M. Goncalves is a new maker for me, and only my second with an “East Oakland” address (the other is C. F. Lund).

East 16th Street at 29th Avenue
This mark is rather near little Derby Avenue, so I wonder if the street is named for the contractor.
33rd Avenue at E. 16th Street

This is Whitmore’s more typical mark.
1021 Arlington Avenue
Like yesterday’s 1913 mark, this Sandin & Swanson mark is unusual in having the year on the left. It’s unlike all other S&S marks that way, too. Odd. But now I have a full set from 1912 to 1918.
