This is part of the Renaissance School grounds. Not only does this push Hutchinson Co. back a little earlier, it also tells me that the mark must go back to 1910 at least, because this is clearly a hand-altered 1910 stamp.

I was in this area earlier today and was hoping to see this old Hutchinson stamp – as well as the adjacent F.W. Metge one – but the entire area in front of this address has been recently repaved, so they’re both gone. Some of the old paving remains farther up the block toward the park, but I didn’t see any contractor marks on it.
