Saw those two C.J. Lindgren marks a couple of months ago when I was in that part of Berkeley. There are a couple of very cool small marks just off the sidewalk on the south side of Prince a little way down from Claremont – 1909 Keystone Const. Co. I haven’t seen marks by this contractor anywhere else. There’s an 1910 Esterly in that area too.
