3745 Rhoda Avenue
This pushes G. Tribuzio still further into the 1950s. Note the partially obliterated part of the mark. He was using the full version as late as 1936 with his address, 425 Market Street.

Quite a dynasty indeed, my Grandfather and his brother Nick moved to the United States from Acquaviva delle Fonti, Bari, Italy as teenagers, leaving two brothers & family in Italy to make a new life in America.

Thank you Gina. Can you tell me if Nick was responsible for the 1936 and 1941 marks? Note the comments after the 1941 mark from Phil Tribuzio, who must be your cousin.

Hi Andrew, I really don’t know too much about the marks, I am Gaetano’s Granddaughter but was born later at Lake Tahoe. :-) So I have heard about these works over the years from my older siblings only. I’m sure his brother Nick was responsible though and also Grandpa Gaetano’s sons also worked with him, Frank, Joseph, John, Eugene and maybe youngest brother Lawrence as well. Thank you for the information. Just a couple of corrections yes, Gaetano was born in Acquaviva delle Fonti and his Mother’s last name was spelled Cirimele.

I’m also now realizing they were not both teenagers when they moved here, Grandpa Gaetano was 24 and younger brother Nick was 19 if the records I have are correct. I do have the records they arrived through Ellis Island. Traveled to the San Francisco Bay Area making their way across the country shearing sheep.
