I assume that Kaiser was Henry Kaiser. Schrumpf was F(rederick) A. Schrumpf, whose 1928 mark appears here tomorrow.

    Lincoln Cushing notes in a comment to another post that this was probably not Henry J. Kaiser. So, some other Kaiser among Oakland’s variegated population.
