This is right outside the office of John S. Allen, “Junk-Mail John,” a Farmers agent who keeps sending me junk mail trying to get me to switch to him. I don’t know if “G.W.Hickman.” was the property owner or the concrete master, but I’ll tag this with his name anyway.
