    Auto Row got new sidewalks early this decade as part of a makeover that boosted auto sales.

    Yeah, lower Auto Row is quite barren with the new sidewalk. But the stretch from Grand Avenue north is full of old sidewalk, patched and repatched, yet there are almost no stamps, and only this one with a date.
